Today, Mr. Suresh Patravali continues to inspire the Esteem group and his clients with his impeccable leadership credentials and a forward-looking attitude.

His training in mechanical engineering and management has been key to streamlining supply chains of various businesses across diverse industries. The company has grown in size and value under his leadership. He believes in supply chain modernization and leverages technology for insights and optimization of logistics. He brings in a burst of energy, and always has his gaze set into the future. The group has won several awards under his leadership and continues to forge the frontiers of innovation and service excellence.

Ravishekar joined the team in 2003. There is no looking back since then. He has been indispensable to the company’s growth and has been instrumental in establishing the warehouse operations in Bangalore. Currently based in Bangalore, he is an absolute delight to work with.
Manjunath has been the head of accounts at Esteem since 2018. His progressive work experience spans around 15 years in total. At the Esteem Group, he is currently responsible for all the group’s financial and risk management activities. A typical day for him and his team starts with bookkeeping, monitoring, and processing the group’s transactions while ensuring auditory compliance and eliminating all operational risks. Prior to Esteem, he worked in the capacity of an Accountant for multiple SMEs and industrial clients. When off work, he loves to indulge in photography, capture and make memories of his distinct life moments.
Poornima comes with a cumulative HR Generalist experience of over 5 She currently works at the Esteem House in Dharwad as a Manager for Human Resources and oversees the recruitment, Payroll, Performance Appraisals, Training and Development activities across all the group’s practices in Karnataka. She’s been instrumental in the implementation of the revised Attendance Policy for the Group and worked closely with the stakeholders to implement the program. She is a people person by heart and when off work she loves to indulge in reading novels.
Mrs. Pallavi Patravali and wife to Mr. Rohit Patravali is the Accounts Head at the Esteem Group and has assumed the office actively since 2006. Her responsibilities span around overseeing the entire accounting operations of the group, preparing financial statements and ensuring all the statutory compliance are met. She’s a people person by heart and continues to drive the Group’s performance and operational efficiencies through continuous process improvements and implementation of innovative SOPs.
Since his entry in 2009, Nagaraj has stoked the EWD operations by implementing effective Warehousing & Distribution best practices and working closely with clients to help them streamline their supply chains. Prior to taking over the EWD unit at Esteem, he worked at the Esteem’s bio-fuel plant-based in Hubli. His prior experience spans from Food Corp of India (FCI) and has a cumulative experience of 19 years. When off work, he loves to cook, take a dive at the pool and do short road trips with friends and family.

Building a Greener World
As part of giving back to the environment and society, Esteem Group plants saplings in designated areas. This is besides our participation in the government’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan initiative. We have scheduled annual blood donation camps in the coming years. We have also launched a scholarship program for our drivers’ children and we are constantly looking for more ways to support and give back to our community.
